We have a 3 stage interview process with each candidate before we submit them to our client. This ensures that we are able to put our stamp of approval on each candidate. We submit the best of the best, those not looking for a job and are strong with a proven track record. Our clients don’t have the time to do the vetting we do that is why we are here, we can do the work so that our clients can do the hiring with confidence in who they are interviewing.
