ZenRecruiter has been recruiting top talent in the franchising industry for over 15 years. With our specialty being in franchising we have access to hundreds of thousands of professionals within the industry. After working with over 500 franchisors we know what is needed to assist a brand in its growth. ZenRecruiter has assisted small and large brands by bringing in candidates that have brought success to each brand. It has been an honor to be a part of each clients growth.
Co-Founders Laurie Leoncavallo and Pam Izatt have worked with companies such as City Wide Facility Solutions, Anago Commerical Cleaning, Massage Envy, SportClips, Huntington Learning Centers, Buzz Franchise Brands, Home Helpers and Strategic Franchising, just to name a few. Placing positions from a Franchise Business Consultant up to a CEO. Our number one role we work on and place is a Director of Franchise Development, we have placed hundreds within the franchising industry.
Our process is unique and thorough. We are not a resume service, we vet our candidates through a process that guarantees they are strong and who they say they are. We have a 3 stage interview process with each candidate before we submit them to our client. This ensures that we are able to put our stamp of approval on each candidate. We submit the best of the best, those not looking for a job and are strong with a proven track record. Our clients don’t have the time to do the vetting we do that is why we are here, we can do the work so that our clients can do the hiring with confidence in who they are interviewing.

People are our business and being able to find the right fit for each brand isn’t just about their work experience, it’s about finding the balance of the person within.
